You forgot to change back from your sock puppet account
“Everything I don’t like is fascism”
Continues with a meme and instead of adressing the question says “in general whhen people do…”
Lol
Why deleted? It was a good post IMO.

2·2 days agoTrue, I have a hard time taking even bad photos of what I’m painting 🥲.
We have a little community without pretention: !artshare@lemmy.world It’s not much but I bet people would like sharing their creations in a virtual museum, if you are interested of course!
More like a stationary thingy, well movable but you put it somewhere for days, weeks or more. Like a climate station for example, that collects data over time. Could be a boat set free in the ocean (barring all other problems like pollution).
Thanks for the link, will subscribe!

I’m an oil painter so there might not be that big of an overlap IDK 🤷🏻♀️. Do you hang around in the artshate community? I think people might be interested there.

You Should Know@lemmy.world•YSK about the French Republican Calendar
3·3 days agoSchool year starts around September so that’s kind of nice but what did it in, or so I have heard, was the 10 day workweek, just too long.

5·4 days agoInteresting concept! I’ll be along if you’d made these permanents sort of. It could be a fun way to promote artists and art itself IMO.
I love museums, but I don’t have the funds to visit as much as I want, I really like the concept.
I do have some light criticism, in the hope that it will help bettering the experience.
Immersion is everything in these kind of events so be careful about anuthing that breaks that.
There is some bizarre “select image” happening when looking around:

Also, and this is only my view of things, you can move so fast and the angle of view is so that you take in way too much too fast. A flip of the finger and you do no longer know where you are and what you’re looking at. Think of when you were in a museum last time, you walk, approach a painting, walk up to it and take it in all in itself without disturbance. No rush. The walking was better, even if I’d slow it down too. I used the web page and didn’t download the app.
Hit me up if you’d like to invite artists to your museum!

51·4 days agoDid you just conveniently forgot humanitarian aid?
And the whole call USA in need, from a NATO standpoint, it has only been the other way around, and we were there for them. We (Europe) also let the hard power plus soft power to the USA after WW2. They have benefited enormously from that internationally, economically… We also have been buying USA weapon systems for enormous quantities.
The deal? If we need you, USA, you’ll help us against Russia (I don’t think there is another threat model).
First try: slow walking and half siding with Russia…
Well it seems like the party is over and good old europe is coming back.
Interesting times.

92·4 days agoI think you overestimate that number, but that’s not the thing, the thing is slow walking aid just dragged everything out.
Some saybit was Donald’s gift to putin, so putin could “finish” quickly, but Biden dlow walked things too, like forbidding the use of american weapons on russians depending were they were.
A quick piwerful response was what we all wanted but didn’t get so here we are.
One main difference with IPFS is that you can change the shared data without having to re-distribute a new link. It’s also based on reciprocal sharing instead of benevolent sharing, which means that if someone shares then it grows the sharing capability of the network instead of using it up.
I have made some comparatifs, you are all welcome posting any questions you have here or there ofc. ☺️ !
I’m on this boat too. Absurdism for the win IMO.

Man wasn’t there something … Ah yeah forgot:
