For me, I’m interested in building towards federated replacements of all the major social network services - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc. and the “project” of the fediverse is that of bringing all of these under the ActivityPub protocol. So any project which replaces these services with ActivityPub (or even new, innovative uses of ActivityPub) would be of interest to me in this community.

I agree on this one. we should make a new kind of social media. take for en example tiktok or randonautica. the reason they blew up is because they offer something different, some kind of innovation. with that said I have a really obscure idea; an Social Alternate Reality RPG with activitypub support. we can change the social media game with this. FSARRPG = Federated Social Alternate Reality Role-Playing Game. Imagine pokemon go, but a fediverse social media platform. I’m interested on working a project like that.

the idea of a fediverse arg sounds fascinating!
