19/24, one of the accents threw me off. Also some of these are just wrong - sildenafil (Viagra), amantadine and at least one more are not antidepressants at all, and a few of the remaining ones are truly super obscure. “Introduced in Russia in the late 60s”, “Indian antidepressant from 1982”, “Formerly marketed in Spain and Marocco” etc

For the purposes of the quiz just being a drug of some sort is probably close enough to add a few more rounds. One might also argue that Viagra makes a peen harder to depress? Anyway if they didn’t put in fake Tolkien names or names from other authors I figure it’s fine.

While an extended version marathon is always due, it won’t improve your score here. Lord of the Rings (books and movies) don’t cover most of the characters.

Absolutely, was just talking about not being in the loop, but the books are on queue too ^^ (not only lord of the rings)

Yeah, I’ve read the books and watched the movies, but still only got 12/24, or exactly the same as I’d expect to get by picking answers at random.

18/24 and I’ve never even finished reading LotR or gotten around to getting an antidepressant prescription. I did borrow the Simarillion from the library for months though, opened it a couple times but never got around to reading it. I just know a little bit about Tolkien’s linguistics and the way drug brand names work, but I got scared once I got one wrong.
