Its going okay, today I got to a higher competitive rank than I’ve ever reached before in a competitive game I like (splatoon 3) which I’m really proud of. And tomorrow I wake up early for two interviews. I dont actually want either job, but I’m practicing to work through social anxiety. I’m kinda burnt out though, so I’m looking forward to working through all the stuff thats currently on my plate so I can rest again 😅

I bought some tiny sparkly metal stars to keep the pigeons out of my garden. They trample in the garden every day and damage plants. I know they don’t mean to, but I’d like them to stop. I read that sparkly things will keep the pigeons away, because the sunlight hits the bits of metal and confuses/annoys the pigeons enough that they stay away. I’ll try it tomorrow. If that doesn’t work, I’ll try spraying cayenne pepper around the garden (apparently that works too).

Stayed home from work sick this morning. Checked and it’s not covid. Hopefully a couple more hours of sleep will help. Feeling crappy but really grateful to have a job with sick days.

I went to see a doctor today because I’ve been having diarrhea and bleeding for 2 months, based on my symptoms and the test results he thought I probably have ulcerative colitis but need to get a colonoscopy soon to confirm it. Will call the clinic tomorrow to schedule it. I also got a prescription for prednisolone so that should hopefully help with the symptoms a lot. I haven’t been able to sleep or focus on anything because I need to go to the bathroom like every 2-3 hours. Can’t wait to get a full night’s sleep again.

Not bad, slept in till 7:30am (5am wake-up usually). Now I need to wait for some PVC pipe pieces, so I can finish my whisper booth.
