That many dozen is 13,824x12 = 165,888. So I think dozens of dozens of dozens of dozen is right for 200,000. What have I got wrong?

The minimum ‘dozens’ is 2x12, I would think. So dozens of dozens of dozens is at least 24x24x24=13,824. That many dozen is 13,824x12 = 165,888. So I think dozens of dozens of dozens of dozen is right for 200,000.
What have I got wrong?
