Once both drivers were back on the Thruway, authorities say Sandoval-Firpo rammed the other vehicle and fired a gun at the driver.

    The culprit was identified as “Elmy Manuel Sandoval-Firpo”. Was the victim perhaps Supri Magnificient Pringle-Hammerstein? Just guessing.
