    The terrifying part is that adjacent to the Great Lakes was projected to be ground zero for incoming climate change refugees. Now it’s looking like they’ll be dried up

      Wouldn’t west coastal be better? Water to help regulate temperature, and you don’t get the hurricane effects of the eastern coast

        Oceans in Southern California not warm enough to sustain hurricanes yet, on path to. Warming ocean will also raise humidity and have less of a cooling effect.
