The Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom) clarified on Tuesday that any unilateral declaration placing Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) communities as “off-limits” to government security forces is beyond the legal mandate of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).

I thought MILF stood for something else; that changes the meaning of that headline.
