      … and stop water flowing over the border, and raw lumber, and stop exporting potash. Though they’d probably invade if we did either of those, and we almost certainly can’t afford to stop exporting entirely. But in principle they unilaterally broke treaties with Canada, so why shouldn’t Canada do the same?
