That’s been the mindset of these business “leaders” for a few decades already. The difference is now they have a tool that promises them that they can eliminate workers at an increasingly rapid rate. Of course that’s a false promise, but once they realize that, a helluva lot of damage will have been done.

That’s been the mindset of these business “leaders” for a few decades already.
