My mom bought me a book on puberty and handed it to me. That was the extent of anything even remotely related to that. I don’t even think I read the book.

The public school system I grew up in had sex ed every year anyway, and occasional anti drug stuff.

I was always an isolated loner so I don’t think any of that was ever a concern for my parents anyway.
