who thinks gas is a climate solution?

the use of gas is strictly because it has the capacity to cheaply store outside source (gas) and can ramp up and down quickly making it idea for dunkleflouts

does anyone consider it a permanent solution? especially as batteries are getting so cheap these days

The US and Europe reduced their CO₂ emissions in the first decades of the 21st century by moving from coal to gas. People who don’t care or even believe in global warming don’t care. It was very much sold as a bridge solution to people that do care.
