Too lazy to get the original post and the subsequent drama related to it so I’ll just summarize.
I told a community they shouldn’t celebrate “kys posts” because it’s mentally unhealthy and isolating. Made another post asking a similarly named community to look out and help out another post. I got accused of being transphobic because I finger wagged at celebrating the death/murder of other people. Then I pretty much stood up for myself, explained what I mean the best I could, and let people know that I think they’re mentally ill things. Amazing

There does seem to be a certain amount of that and some of the communities. I feel like people are too sensitive but I don’t want to say that too loudly or I might get banned
Ha very astute of you. Yeah I’m more worried about getting instance wide ban but more importantly getting digital stalkers that would memorize the way I text, or aggression.
Yeah I started my experience with Lemmy with drama. I wanted to talk about how I got hoed by dansup and how I was petty to him, and I started getting Lemmy users to circle the band wagon around foss developer.
I only saw a few concerning post on lemmy but I dont scroll Lemmy all that much
