    Arm may have its headquarters in London but it is owned by a japanese company Imho Europe should focus in risc-v its open source so nobody cares who has the license Its extremly efficent and it is New enough that nobody has an overwhelming advatage … Yet

    If European countries decided risc-v was the architecture that has to be used in all new government procured items starting 2035 there would be Quite a push starting (most likely) in the defense sector but would likely spread out to other sectors
