I write this because I have several accounts on Reddit and I really want them deleted but I can’t delete them now that I’m permanently banned. I can still go into Reddit and browse. How does that even make sense?
If you’re a European citizen, nothing Reddit does can remove your right to be forgotten.
If you’re a citizen of a lot of other places, your government doesn’t enforce that right.

But the comments will stay up, they just won’t have your username on them anymore
How does this work? How is it not possible to delete the other accounts? If it’s an IP ban, can’t you circumvent that and log in to the others and delete them?
Have you tried using Redact? I just nuked my account and posts with no issue. My account was not banned, however. I like the feature that allows one to edit all comments and posts rather than just delete them. I replaced everything with a heartfelt message for u/spez…
