I still can’t get over that we’ll first have to consider registering Dowman when he finally turns 21 in 2030, and that’s only because he was born on Dec 31st. If, like Jack Wilshere, he had been born 1 day later on Jan 1st, the first year we’d have to register him would be 2031.
