They opened up a brand new $300 wheel of parm just to make that pasta dish where they scoop it out and throw everything in it. Owner comes out and I keep asking him if he’s sure, “Absolutely! I’ll just make it the special next week!” He preps it for us. People are filming it. The hostess calls in a band from on the street who comes and plays for us… It was like something out of a movie.
