New research has linked levels of vitamin D in midlife with toxic tangles of tau protein that accumulate in the brains of those with Alzheimer's disease.
Vitamin d is encouraged as you get older anyway, at least for those of us more northerly and with desk jobs. Now I just need to remember to take it, but without the urgency of a prescription I never seem to remember 🤪
