Only because they lowered the threshold.
Still 177k Canadians who have lost faith in the federal government, and that’s just Alberta alone.
The main reason they’ve lost faith in the federal government is because billions of dollars have been invested in convincing those people that the federal government is responsible for all the things their own provincial government actually fucked up.
It is literally stupid people falling for stupid shit. Instead of educating these morons, they just feed their ignorance with conspiracy theories and culture war bullshit.
More like 177k are idiotic chuds who lost an election and are having a hissy fit.
Well when the government favours city folk and has oppressed those who live in rural areas for well over a decade you tend to get fed up.
Oppress? You are using words I don’t think you fully understand lol.
I live in Northern Ontario, I know all about rural life. No separatist movement here.
No, I’m using it correctly.
Suggest visiting your local indigenous community and speaking with the locals. Help broaden your knowledge.
We aren’t talking about indigenous people. We’re talking about Alberta separatists and they CERTAINLY aren’t oppressed lol. Get some perspective.
Maybe we could, though? Like let’s not just discard the idea because it isn’t happening.

No one in rural areas is “oppressed”. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Go outside, man. The world is very different in person, than what they show you on-screens.
If they were communists then you’d have a point.
They never had faith to begin with.
