It’s so long ago I’m not even sure if they are real anymore… especially if you have since moved away from there and not been back there for a long time.

How would you know what that feels like?
as a trans person this hits twice as hard, I struggle to see those memories as my own yet know that they are. its an aspect of transition that you dont think of right away and really messes with my mind
