I tried that before, they refuse to issue both, it’s an either/or, but you can’t have both. South Mississippi here, dunno about other states though.

Yes, but if you already have a driver’s licence, you cannot get a non-driver ID. I tried that before, they refuse to issue both, it’s an either/or, but you can’t have both.
