1. Live in a cheap apartment on the third floor
2. Enjoy from the heating from the tenants of the first, second floor, and other neighbours
3. Don’t ever put the heater on and live like a parasite

lol, I feel called out - I used to do this, I lived on a cheap, third floor apartment and didn’t use A/C or heat … the temps in the house definitely got in the 90s F, and in the 40s F - but I never remember it getting down to the 30s, and I found it livable.

This is me when I am allowed to be me! Sadly, my wife is the exact opposite of this, and with kids, I just cave… since its zoned heating issues will lower it to 60 at night when everyone is asleep and I sleep the best I ever do all year in winter. Im just always hot, which helps.
