Stop investing in a dying industry

The fact that this is listed for fast-tracking, or even considered a candidate at all, is, frankly, disgusting.

Why should they call on Carney to do that? It should be an intrinsic part of the plan going forward, otherwise everything is lip service to protect money/profit.
