    Mistakenly? Crossed the border illegally 20 years ago? Deported without the hearing he was legally entitled to?

    Why is anyone surprised by this, and why is the article written as if this is the second time this has happened? This is what ICE does, all day. This is what it’s for now. Due process isn’t a thing, quite deliberately. Facts and legality aren’t part of it.
