I’ve literally never seen a cat that chill about having it’s belly touched, This might be the next step of evolution.

My big boi rolls on his back like a sea otter for belly scratches.
My cat loves belly rubs. Little bastard will come up, meow at me, then flop on the floor, legs in the air.
Not sure he can feel much through all that blubber

Sometimes I take both of my middle fingers and wiggle my own belly from below, it is somehow super relaxing
