You can only throw up through your mouth+nose. So we do have 3 orifices that expel 3 different types of waste. You could even count 4 with the ear and wax. Tears?! Sweat?! lots of gross stuff
It would be funny if earwax could be expelled intentionally, by clenching our ears and extruding a big ol tube of wax.
