That’s how they keep us jailed. Depression and burn out is all part of the plan.
My (soon to be former) job often forces us to work 60 hour weeks. Not only are we too tired to look for another job, when tf are we supposed to schedule interviews?
My job is good, while it lasts. They exist but yes they’re rare. Keep looking…
I have a good job too! I mean, every job will have its issues, even good ones (mine is mostly with my supervisor), but the unicorns do exist!
There are bosses who do that?
