The best I can think of are actually Italian, Swiss or English dishes co-opted by the French and the rest are extremely average, but French food culture is very good which a lot of people seem to confuse with the actual dishes being good Valid point on Cajun and Jamaican though
That’s a very low bar.
The best pizza I’ve had is still a far cry from say French dishes, or Cajun (which has French and Carribean roots), or something Jamaican.
