Don’t forget to adjust for inflation between now and the launch date.

512bit server headless cards, 64bit bus on 5090 because it’s 4GB of gram is like rally fast.

Im not salty, I just miss the good old GPU days, from like Voodoo 1 to, idk, 8800 gtx or 1080ti.

I hate that modern gaming development is “just use more RAM/VRAM bro” and people don’t seem to have any issue with that.

This is not about the amount of vram but bandwidth.

Nvidia will probably not increase vram sizes as they want to push non gaming users to more expensive cards with more vram.

Man, my 3070 already trips the breaker in my shitty extra bedroom if my PC isn’t the only thing running in that room.

Yeah, I dunno, the apartments I live in were built in 2008, so it should be up to code. The breaker might be shared with other rooms or devices, but I just plug it into the living room on a different breaker/circuit and it never happens now.
