minus-squareHexesofVexesOPlinkfedilinkEnglish3•2 months agoNot quite - you’re trying to move your sleeping and waking schedules 1 hour earlier. It’s a rough one unless you’re already an early riser. When the clocks go back, however, you’re moving things 1 hour later, which is a lot easier!
