What do these people think they gain? Whats the point? Do they really just want to ruin stuff for everyone?

If only 1% of players cheat, and you run into 100 players in a typical session, you’ll likely see a cheater, and if 1,000,000 players are playing, then 10,000 cheaters are playing.
