I did specify fundementalist, honestly I don’t really care about someone’s religious affiliation, as long as they’re anti-authoritarian and have policies that wouldn’t immediately massively backfire.

The city I’m currently in already has municipal internet, though the state has some restrictions on setting up new ones though, I’m more ingrained with the Statewide Democrats than I am city government

there are NO serious competitors to the US in the western hemisphere, the US has more arable land than any other country AND more navigable waterways than the rest of the world combined. American power will not be dislodged without destroying the rest of the world in the process.
