The syrup comes in a big bag, which is deisgned to be hard to get out with single uses. The nozzle that it come out links into the feeding tube to mix with the seltzer makes it hard to reseal to prevent spills. Also, you gotta get the portions right for the mixing of the syrip to co2 to water. Not something to be done without the mechanical tool.
Also, 2k is basically what I spend on coke in like 3 years. So, it’d pay for itself pretty quickly.


The dispenser mixes the syrup with the carbonated water to turn the syrup (a sticky goo) into soda.


I’m the same way. I buy like 7 or 8 of the 35 packs from Costco. When I get my own place, I plan to buy a coke soda fountain like they have at restaurants and stuff. I figure its cheaper in the long run, and its probably better for the environment.
