And there needs to be full immunity for whatever ‘Accessory’ crimes needed. For example. Imagine one such IDF war criminal is in Japan and you walk up to him with a homemade shotgun à la Shinzo-Abe and you blow him away. In Japan the simple act of firing a gun without permission is punishable by a minimum of 3 years with up to life in prison.
But in that case the most the cops can do is simply take the gun away (you don’t need it anymore… and can make another if you made one) as nabbing the fucker was a higher priority act.
