His art is so unique, fits so well in Minecraft even though it gets pixilated beyond recognition.
I’m receiving reports to ban this on the grounds that it is digital and kinda breaks the one big rule of this community. On one hand it looks like an in-game screenshot (to me at least, I don’t really know much about Minecraft) but on the other hand, I think the original Kristoffer Zetterstrand artwork is a traditional oil painting on canvas
My understanding is Kristoffer does oil on canvas with inspiration from video games and his works were put into Minecraft and digitally pixelized. Here’s a side by side of the Minecraft one and the original oil painting:
