Common People by William Shatner (Pulp cover) The original can’t compare to the raw emotion in this version. I recommend listening to the entire album ‘Has Been’. It’s so good.

I Believe by Melissa Hollick (Chris Isaacs cover) The first time I played Wolfenstein: The New Order, this song over the end credits got me right in the feels. Fuck me, I’m choking up again re-listening to it again just now.

This game is really good, but I’ve tried to get into it a couple of times. It’s pretty brutal, and I never got very far before quitting. I should have another go.

ETA: I prefer pork in my sausage rolls. I actually made pork fennel and apple sausage rolls today for tomorrow’s monthly birthday breakfast at work. They’re my favourite, and always a hit.

I got the demo for this when it was on a Steam Next Fest, bought it immediately on release, and finished it in one sitting. Good game. I haven’t looked, but I bet the speed run videos of this game are mental.

There’s also a level editor, so pretty much infinite content.

The drive being formatted as NTFS is the issue. Valve doesn’t recommend this with Proton/WINE for reasons. NTFS isn’t case sensitive, for example.

If you have the space to temporarily move your SteamLibrary elsewhere you can just format the drive to ext4 and move the folder back. (If not we are in one of those ‘30 different possible ways to solve the problem’ situations that was mentioned at the top of the comment chain :P)

Yeah it is. Though, if you’re doing sim racing and also modding a game it isn’t an inherently a plug and play situation even in Windows. :P

Most of the games I play are just ‘buy, click install on Steam, press play’.

All my games are installed on a non-OS drive. Will I have to re-download them, or will Steam automatically detect them once I point it to the directory?
