I’m surprised that the CPUSA is hosting this event as it’s a little known topic even among MLs, I feel. They’ve certainly surprised me before. Anyways, let’s see where this leads. Hopefully, others can join.

Regarding Africom, I do know they were among the first clients of ‘Cambridge-Analytica’ style Internet psycho-ops with AlShabaab in Somalia.

Saw this too late. I wonder if we should have an /c/events community that covers all communities. Event flair/tag is automatically posted to the main /c/events from where we can rss directly or we can add a calendar link. I’ll hopefully add this as a request on Lemmy after I think about it’s potential.
